Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 20 July 2026
Introduction
These terms govern your use of the website wildmorelabs.com (the "Site"). They do not govern any software-development engagement — that is covered by a separate Client Services Agreement. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Wildmore Labs, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 17356995), correspondence address 14 Manor Road, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 1SN, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@wildmorelabs.com. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Wildmore Labs.
2. Using the Site (acceptable use)
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- use the Site or the contact form to transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or any material that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise unlawful;
- knowingly transmit any malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system;
- attack the Site via denial-of-service or similar; or
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site without our written consent.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the Site, or report you to the relevant authorities, if you breach this section.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, the "Wildmore Labs" name and marks, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
4. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content or availability of any third-party site. A link does not imply endorsement.
5. Accuracy of information — disclaimer
The content on the Site is provided for general information only. While we take reasonable care, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete, or up to date. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
6. The Site is provided "as is"
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, and terms that might otherwise be implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law: we exclude all liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site; and our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Site is limited to £100.
This Site is operated as a B2B website and is not intended for use by consumers. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have if you are a consumer.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or the Site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
11. Entire agreement
These terms (together with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Site, and supersede any prior understanding on that subject.
